Taking the rep. Cal.8500 to the next level

Gentlemen

I really enjoy the Planet Ocean rep's but I find the Cal,8500 to be lacking just a couple of things (Puretime used as example) 

Blued screws and a black balance wheel, and a better balance bridge. 

Does anyone have any experience modding these?

Are the parts available? I think it would really take the watch to the next level. 

Or...conversely, is there a better version of the rep movement?

I know nothing about movements, but from what I've read the gen Omega 8500 doesn't look like any rep movement so dressing up a rep with blued screws isn't going to fool anybody. However if it's just for you (who gives their rep for someone to look at the back anyway!) then I expect you can find blued screws somewhere, but I doubt the balance wheel or bridge.

There was a 21 jewel movement that looked a lot better if I recall. I want to say no black balance but I believe they repped balance bridge and the twin barrel mainspring a lot better. I'll look for a pic
