Issues with renewing VIP-membership

Hi admins/moderators,

I started a support ticket about a week ago, but haven't gotten any response.

I got 2 mail about renewing my membership, but when I finally got to it, it's was impossible to pay. So, now I can't do anything.

Could someone please look into it?

I just tried to upgrade, renew my membership today, chasing Platinum 12 month membership but it fails.  Sent @Nanuq a pm

I managed to pay for 12 months but I don't think my username reflects the upgrade.
