He now needs some help repping the back to perfection... What he's looking for is high resolution photos of the anti-copy sign on the caseback. Any help would be appreciated.... Those pics are protected but can be saved and cropped with PRNT SCRN -> Paste to Windows Paint or any graphics program. This is the only place I found caseback shots with a quick search. flavor flav Posted January 6, 2007 Report Share Posted January 6, 2007 i went to the AD this past weekend wearing my gen 45.5mm and swapped for this 007 to try it on. i swear the case is thinner as well. i may be imagining it but it feels lightweight and very thin. weird. i like it alot but gravitated straight to the panerai display! i cannot help it! He has also stated that this model will also come with improved bezel (& pearl, of course!), Superluminova and most probably ar-coating on either sides of the sapphire crystal... Otherwise they're going to screw up something again (wanna bet?) I'm not a big fan of the "special edition" models from ANY brands... Anyway here's another pic of the symbol on the PO, not hi-res enough but a start... p.s. loving the direct upload feature sayonara imageshack! Madness I know as I already have ultimate PO on my gen 22mm rubber, but I can see me getting this one also - doubt I'll just be able to get caseback and second hand parts to swap as and when and regardless caseback will probably not fit ultimate case Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

So finally someone is repping the limited edition...I am happy One thing: Can someone tell them please to get the logo right this time ? The 4th generation 42mm PO had it correct !! And then they changed it again and its wrong on the 45mm ultimate. Since they have managed to get the correct symbol in the past please just tell the maker to use that old one !!! docblackrock Posted January 6, 2007 Report Share Posted January 6, 2007 Sure, there's an Omega logo there plus a globe, but whatever it looks a mess - not clear in person so don't think we ought to obssess too much about an accurate replication on the caseback - a decent attempt in the right position will do for me.
