Accutronitis Posted January 22, 2017 Report Posted January 22, 2017 (edited) I changed a few parts but mostly it's all original, it has all the sub hands back on it now. I'm posting this here by special request...... Edited January 22, 2017 by Accutronitis 2
piratesstraps Posted January 25, 2017 Report Posted January 25, 2017 Cool looking Chrono, but where are the hands
ceejay Posted January 26, 2017 Report Posted January 26, 2017 I love column wheel chronos, even the Chinese make a nice looking column wheel chrono. It's such a shame most of these V72 watches are butchered for their movements

Accutronitis Posted January 29, 2017 Author Report Posted January 29, 2017 The first time I disassembled that movement I took a ton of pictures though my stereo microscope and even then I was thinking "what did I get myself into now ! it took a bit of movement assembly and back tracking before I got it all back together again, I've had it apart and back together again several times now and it was much easier each time !
gasebah Posted February 9, 2017 Report Posted February 9, 2017 I think it takes a lot of courage to disassemble a Valjoux 72 and a lot of skills to reassemble it as well. Maybe I should get one of those microscopes as well. Hats off. Wonderful watch.
