thanks for that, I have a couple of movements that do not run or the stem will not go back in. i figure it will be cheaper to  buy another movement than send them for service /repair

I've purchased several movements from Perrin. I've always received excellent customer service. I only had to return one because it arrived inoperable. They accepted the return with no questions and had a replacement in the mail before I returned the original. Hope this helps.
