Thanks buddy. I actuallly know very little about Rolex believe it or not :p ... I'm a Breit guy.

I'm not very familiar with these new models but it looks gen to me.

The triangle at twelve is very nice and the numbers on the insert are deep and clear...

The bezel teeth are good, the winding crown is perfect, the space between 12600ft and 3000m is perfect, the date is centered, and the sel is perfect...ETC !

Take the bracelet off. Cross ref the serial number to date and check engraving quality.

That's getting harder to do since Rolex went to random serial numbers. Watch looks correct, but like Freddy said, remove the back. Are they asking a comparable price to a used one with a known history, or is this a "bargain"?
Another thing to consider, most of the bigger pawn shops aren't going to give a person a bunch of money without checking for authenticity. You aren't going to stay in business by giving someone a couple of thousand for a watch only to discover i's only worth a couple of hundred!
