ajoesmith
Hi Im thinking about getting this watch but does anyone have it??? Ive tried searching but cant seem to get much info on this watch, the only minor issue i can find is the flaw on the Omega logo but this is also on our New and loved Planet Ocean. Anyone out there got any info?? Thanks Joe
fitmic
That Omega logo is correct for that model.

fitmic
I don't have any more info on that particular model. But why not go with the Double Eagle instead? IMHO a far nicer piece!
ubiquitous
I have this one; picked mine up from FF as I admired his work on it; I just had to have it! This one has a skeletonized ETA 2892 installed... Overhauled by Ziggy... One of my favorite pieces to look at Movement runs smooth as silk, and watching all the internal workings (escape, pallet... Even watching the mainspring tighten) is quite a lot of fun. The Constellation wears a bit thin, and at 36mm, it's a bit small (but works well as a dressy watch). Being a Genta design, it goes well with my other 'small' dress watches... Not sure if it helps any... Just my experience with a sort-of similar piece... Best, R
thelawnmowerman
I have a Gen and from what I've seen the gold bars in the bracelet are too thick. If you want close to gen go for the Double eagle , mine gets loads of nice comments.
jfreeman420
I had a gen connie full bar a while ago. you can pick them up on the bay for about $900. Yes the double eagle is a much nicer rep. Gets lots of wrist time.
marrickvilleboy
I have this model. Very nice watch - its pretty much identical to the genuine - a little weight difference. The movement is not the ETA 2892. its the seagull 2892 copy. It wears well and the gold is pretty good, no wear so far.
jonthebhoy
I have a Gen and from what I've seen the gold bars in the bracelet are too thick. Not only that but aesthetically they are a poor comparison with the original...........but it is a rep! JTB
