yt74 Posted March 20, 2007 Report Posted March 20, 2007 Those are cool, but out of my price range for cufflinks...
bigw Posted March 21, 2007 Report Posted March 21, 2007 I'll wait for the Chinese-ETA rep version to come out in a group buy
shimside11 Posted March 21, 2007 Report Posted March 21, 2007 Good company. I've got a watch box and the leather catchall from them.

geekybiker Posted March 23, 2007 Report Posted March 23, 2007 I love those! I need some french cuff shirts first though.....
geekybiker Posted March 23, 2007 Report Posted March 23, 2007 Oh, there is $15 off there untill the end of the month. march15 coupon code....
section8 Posted March 23, 2007 Report Posted March 23, 2007 I like those better than the $400 Tiffany's cufflinks I looked at a few weeks ago - which I did not buy
HauteHippie Posted March 23, 2007 Report Posted March 23, 2007 These are neat. They could be DIYed for less, but not a whole lot less I don't think...
geekybiker Posted March 27, 2007 Report Posted March 27, 2007 I just got my set in the mail. Both are slightly different. One movement is by Savoy watch co and the other is Wittnauer watch co. Very similar movements. Both hand wound, 17 jewel. The crowns are just screw in ornaments, not real crowns. I was hoping to wind these up and see if they'd actually move while I work them, but no luck. Very cool though. Ill have to take some pics on my shirt tonight.
fitmic Posted March 27, 2007 Report Posted March 27, 2007 Ill have to take some pics on my shirt tonight. Please do!
geekybiker Posted March 28, 2007 Report Posted March 28, 2007 (edited) Here they are. Edited March 28, 2007 by geekybiker
marrickvilleboy Posted March 28, 2007 Report Posted March 28, 2007 they are awesome! I will have to make some one day when i have some time. But it would be really cool if they actually wind and run during the day. Only thing is it won't run for long as I'm sure i'll bump it and damage the oscillator and balance lol
hubster Posted March 28, 2007 Report Posted March 28, 2007 I've also seen an automatic example with a moving rotor. Sadly they were made by Invicta. Would be nicer if they were generic.
