Anyway, it could be anyone (far beyond the forums) as your site is accessable to anyone. I know from experience that you turn things around, I once had a shippment of 5 watches go missing, and you replced them all, on top of that they were sent un-signed for so it took a lot of trust for you to replace them. That's just some guy at Wanadoo/Orange. You need to email abuse@orange.co.uk with timestamps (with timezones) from your webserver or any timestamped logs of any kind. It's a DSL connection, so it's likely the IP could be shared by many users at different times and therefore the time and date when he was connected are critical. Good luck, no-one deserves this.
