t Posted May 14, 2007 Report Posted May 14, 2007 is the IWC CD a super rep? i think the arktos is a super rep, because many new features and very close to the genuine...
longshot Posted May 14, 2007 Report Posted May 14, 2007 Well i am just wondering what comes in the pipe after the IWC Cousteau Diver for super rep, does anyone know? I Just want to see if i should starting putting money away for? personally i'm hoping for the non-chrono version with a non problematic movement i would be all over a non chrono with a swiss eta or even the chinese eta copy that The Zigmeister reviewed!!!
b16a2 Posted May 14, 2007 Report Posted May 14, 2007 Fingers crossed for a super rep of a Super Avenger.
Wolf Posted May 14, 2007 Report Posted May 14, 2007 The PAM0252 NorthPole should be the next Which was actually posted by Angus first some time last year as the first of the super reps! And we are still waiting! I hope its worth it!
chrgod Posted May 14, 2007 Report Posted May 14, 2007 personally i'm hoping for the non-chrono version with a non problematic movement i would be all over a non chrono with a swiss eta or even the chinese eta copy that The Zigmeister reviewed!!! I second that! A quality replica of the regular Aquatimer would be a sucess!
FasTTaP Posted May 14, 2007 Report Posted May 14, 2007 I second that! A quality replica of the regular Aquatimer would be a sucess! I'd buy one for sure, the chrono is too big for me
eunomians Posted May 15, 2007 Report Posted May 15, 2007 A regular IWC Aquatimer would be a total & complete genius super rep.
Rob1 Posted May 15, 2007 Report Posted May 15, 2007 We've got a Steelfish super-rep, so continuing that theme what about a Swordfish?
Pugwash Posted May 15, 2007 Report Posted May 15, 2007 I've said it before and I'll say it again. We need this one before I buckle under and buy the genuine version:
dadog13 Posted May 15, 2007 Report Posted May 15, 2007 Anything with a non chrono reliable movement. i second that...would like to see a super rep w/o chrono!
mezzanine Posted May 15, 2007 Report Posted May 15, 2007 I've said it before and I'll say it again. We need this one before I buckle under and buy the genuine version: All that is needed for dealers to be able to do the bracelet is an endlink, I believe. Then you could use the GST SS bracelet...at least I believe with the gen, that would work. The case sizes mess me up a bit, and I believe you'd have to 're-brush' the bracelet?
Rxus Posted May 15, 2007 Report Posted May 15, 2007 My god you are soo right. I need a big watch like that, it will help avoid me from buying a Bentley But I can certainly go with that black CD on SS
Pugwash Posted May 15, 2007 Report Posted May 15, 2007 All that is needed for dealers to be able to do the bracelet is an endlink, I believe. It's the same bracelet design as the GST/Aquatimer 2000 one. The tricky part is the inner bezel, like on the larger Cousteau.
bosk Posted May 15, 2007 Report Posted May 15, 2007 i want a AP royal oak chronochraph : 25979 (City of Sails "Alinghi") with a 7753 movement. 40mm and 112 grams No date window issues....it should be a generic rep. hxxp://www.kronosclub.com/ROC/mainX.asp?mnuNum=25979
yodaddynukka Posted May 16, 2007 Report Posted May 16, 2007 still would be inaccurate since we need a movement with running seconds at 12... i want a AP royal oak chronochraph : 25979 (City of Sails "Alinghi") with a 7753 movement. 40mm and 112 grams No date window issues....it should be a generic rep. hxxp://www.kronosclub.com/ROC/mainX.asp?mnuNum=25979
jfreeman420 Posted May 16, 2007 Report Posted May 16, 2007 They made a running seconds at six daytona. Why can't they flip around the transfer gears and make the seconds at 12?
lovepanerai Posted May 16, 2007 Report Posted May 16, 2007 so it seems nobody really KNOWS what's coming next?
