As for the box - it comes in a small, paper gift box... not too nice to be honest haha. Sometimes you can find Patek box sets at ebay. Go for it get her a Patek! She's definately worth it! I was going to order from Joshua next month for the woman's bday. Hoew ARE the diamonds on this watch? The one thing I've noticed about the diamonds on reps is that they don't sparle too much at all... I'd go as far as replacing them with better quality crystals if they weren't great. My wife and I were looking at these at Crown Casino a few weeks back, nice, but $AU10k (no diamonds, or maybe just dial markers I think) is pretty rich for a quartz watch, no matter what the brand! Joshua's has a different caseback, incorrect clasp, and an incorrect number of diamonds on it. THe watch just doesn't look right. This one is very accurate visually. And it is only available from River. "Diamonds" are great, overall quality and feel is amazing.
