The Ultimate Omega Planet Ocean - Really?

Dear guys,

I was working with my watchsmith over the past few days on the Omega Planet Ocean 42.5mm Swiss ETA and managed to get the ultimate version OUT today! The pictures were taken few hours ago and has a spanking new Omega PO Dial with matching bezel.

What's NEW:

Omega PO Dial with logo placing at exact location

The wordings are also much slimmer in general

Matching bezel with Dial

The other parts are still the same. The bracelet is still the best version around - heavy and has the correct font of "Planet Ocean"

Please enjoy and let me have your views

Oh yes.. if you want to ask the price.. email me :victory:

ANDREW

I had the pleasure of working with my watchsmith on the Orange and now we have also gotten the black version ready. The cost is higher on our side as I have to pay for the new dials and also the workmanship of the watchsmith but if it is worth it, I will implement across the board for all the NEW POs - 42.5mm

What do you think?

I only had time to work with it after reading reviews about what I was selling and also talking to some of the guys in the forums. BigRedJoe was also discussing with me recently over this. =)

Well, it's only slightly more expensive but you get what I think is WORTH every single cent spent.

:yeah:

I may be wrong... Are you sure it's the 42 mm version? If yes then the logo is too far off this time round. Correct me if I am wrong.

EDIT: Position is correct... just that it look smaller to me.

Excellent job Andrew! :thumbsupsmileyanim:

I am really looking at a gen right now for $2200 ...

... but since I saw your new post, I might just have to get yours ... MIGHT !

Anyway of testing the Water Resistance on this? It doesn't have to be 2000 ft :D

I'll be happy with 30 m :winkiss:

I believe the positioning corresponds more to the 45 mm version

but still it is a major improvement over the previous kinda defective placement (which was hit and miss).

....... 42 mm

I think this commitment Andrew has to our community is a definite asset. Having ordered from Andrew a couple of times, I know his stardards of customer service are high. Offers like this solidify that.

He is setting a new standard.

Great work Andrew!!

I hope price ain't too high for that improvement.

OK, so isn't the logo a bit too high if this is the 42mm version?

Isn't it supposed to be just above the word Omega?

Also, Andrew, can you answer this question, you mentioned the dial matching the bezel, in what way?

All in all, thought, this is one FINE watch.
