26mm fit 45mm radiomirs -- probably oversized to 42mm model like the 204.

I would go for 24mm or 22mm.

Here are some pics of a 24mm strap on a 42mm radiomir.

Nice one indeed the strap u modded there is a 24/22 i presume then and yes i agree that it gives an better owerall picture to the watch ... 26 coud be just to big

another thing that i like is that it runs down to 22 in size gives it a classy look imho .

im thinking now to go with somethin in black as the watch is polished metal maybe black crock or brown tan one ...

the strap featured in ure mod is the rep one that came with the piece as i can get from ure post also it looks on eye to be even slimmer on the buckle size then 22 maybe a 20 or this is just a trick of the picture ...

A true 42mm Pam watch uses a 23mm wide strap and a 20mm buckle. If you have a correct style buckle (not the standard 22mm), I would highly recommend that you buy a real radiomir strap. The 42mm radiomir straps are thinner than standard 44mm Pam straps(24mm). If you use a 24mm it looks off on the watch and is a big giveaway for any knowledgeable PAM person.

Regards.

Yes the strap in my pics is the one that came with the watch and it is a 24/20.

And I agree that a 23/20 would be the perfect size -- but almost impossible to find, as long as you don't go to genuines.

You might find a gen on Paneristi or eBay. But be warned, 90% of eBay straps are not genuine even if advertised as such.

I also agree that a black strap is the way to go with your watch. I would even consider a CF strap -- great with crowded dials!

Thx sssurfer ...

i was checking the paneristi site and under strap link there is writen that the size of the strap for 42 rad is

RADIOMIR 42mm

Straps 25/19

Long 115/95 Standard 115/75 Short 115/68 Small 98/68

I have never seen someone of the strapmakers producing this size ...

looks like i will need to settle for something else ...

anyone out of our resident strap makers coud maybe chime in ... V and the other lads ... maybe a custom job here :)

Wow that strap looks gorgeous, but... 25/20?!?

I would be very suspicious about it. As you can see in my pics, even a 24mm strap would warp a little around and along the lugs.

I wonder if this is a rep-vs-gen issue.

Also, 19mm at the buckle's end is completely off-market, I bet noone won't ever find a 19mm buckle other than from OP (if any).

As far as I know, all 42mm rep radiomirs come with 20mm buckles, so a XX/20 strap should be ok to your buckle. If you give me a link to your watch I might be more specific.

What I am rather dubious about, is the XX value on your watch.

I would bet 23mm.

24mm might work as well.

But 25mm, mmm, it seems really too much to me...
