ryyannon
Good to see those tax dollars are working hard to fight communism in the US... No, fighting boredom - which can be even worse! As a people, we've always loved to have fun with our toys: they got us into the air, onto the moon and far out into space. I can understand that this makes some other people unhappy - especially when we feel justified - rightly or wrongly - in using the same toys to drop bombs on their heads. But that's the nature of power: love it or hate it, it's there, it exists, and one way or another you've got to deal with it.
cornerstone
And why shouldn't you have fun? It's an amazing piece of engineering, and incredible to see. I know the swell of pride and fascination I get when I see our fine air force boys and their toys here in Andorra. To others it might be intimidating to see that raw power, but when you see them pedalling down the runway it's a breathtaking sight to behold: The Andorran B-2 Squirreljet
hk45ca
i am very proud to say i worked on every one of them. they will fly 50 feet off the deck at top speed on auto pilot, carry more weight in bombs than a b52, it is the size of a boeing 707 but flies and maneuvers like a fighter jet. i have read reports from white sands nm testing area that it's unpublished top speed is mach 5. the radar cross section of this aircraft is smaller than a piper cub. there is nothing else like it in the world. go ahead and have a beer, this is as good as it gets. lol
