Watchmeister Posted October 21, 2007 Report Posted October 21, 2007 Here are three treasured vintage pieces. They are a WM 3646, 45mm Rad modded by Ubiquitous and the first Ziggy PAM Vintage. In honor of halloween: First up - old school WM 3646. Other than a polishing it is as it came. With the help of another forum member who I am hoping to see over Christmas it may well see its well-deserved Cortebert. A solid caseback and appropriate soder on the lug awaits thereafter: Next - Ubi's 45mm Vintage. Ubi was good enough to trade for a WM 45mm and well worth it: Finally- the infamous first Ziggy vintageization (is that a word?) of a davidsen deco bezel vintage: And thus my weekend photographs are done.
TWP Posted October 21, 2007 Report Posted October 21, 2007 You gotta love your halloween spirit. Ah they all look great. The Zigmeister is the master!!!!
ravishingrick Posted October 21, 2007 Report Posted October 21, 2007 Beautiful pieces, especially the WM, which definitely deserves a more historically correct and more beautiful movement....
TeeJay Posted October 21, 2007 Report Posted October 21, 2007 From the title of the thread, I was expecting a burnt umber-colored strap Nevermind, the watches are awesome I'm hoping to add a vintage Radiomir to my collection at some point

slickdick Posted October 24, 2007 Report Posted October 24, 2007 Cool watches,... the newer pam's do nothing for me whilst the oldies have a soul... the raised crystals, the crowns... Too bad i have a tiny wrist.. But I like them a lot, all 3... wear them well!
