how to remove the SFSO bezel?

Can anyone tell me how to pop the SFSO bezel? Do the screws around the bezel hold the it in place, i.e. removing the screws will allow me to take off the bezel? Or I have to use the good old razor blade between the bezel and case? Thanks.

I read somewhere the screws are faux, and you'll probably find this by looking closely at them and/or trying to unscrew them, they do seem glazed onto the bezel. As for how to pop it off, your guess is as good as mine.

Fleed answered this question, but it appears it cant be done without damaging the spring

The screws are too short and would not hold anything in place so they do not even need to be touched.

Not to say you are incompetent as that is obviously not the case with you BK, but from my experience, You will [censored] it up unless you have one of those expensive bezel removers, I am almost certain of it.

I removed mine and did manage to get it back to working order, but I bent the [censored] out of the bezel, luckily I got it straight, but fleed is correct the spring will be damaged and will have to be replaced. The experience was a complete waste of my time and I came really close to FUBAR my fish. That bezel is on there and if i had it to do all over again, I would have just left it alone.
