There are cases anywhere from 1 to 24-straps by a famous strapmaker known as Wojtecki (who member Dadog13 knows well, IIRC). It's however, above your $100 top price. Real leather, well-built, handy. A 24-strap Woj case just sold for a bit over $190 on Fleabay two days back. I gave a heads up to a member who wanted one, and I do hope it was at least one of us who got it. Too rich for my blood. Well, next time tip me off, I need one of these my strap piles are growing and they need a home. Since I've gotten both 22mm and 24mm lug watches I need more cases. I hope that a member here at least got it. I contacted the maker directly. All the cases have been sold that were made, but good news they will be making more next year. The best option in the market but unfortunately they were sold out and the second hand ones are way overpriced... Good to see he has cases back in stock.
