Pix
Great idea, and obviously good job ! If I had to buy te CD, I would go for the 2007 version however.
Francisco
I did not know the problem with the crap stick. You should contact the dealer and ask him/her to remove the comment about the real wood. Congratulations for your work.
Watchmeister
I think it is bad luck on your particular CD. Although it is certainly not wood it wasn't so obvious on my back. There are no bubbles. I would say to ask the dealer for another caseback but your solution is a lot better.
Shundi
I congratulate you sir, that was a novel solution to the problem! I've never heard complaints about the stickers (i'm still new though, so that probably doesn't count for much) but there's a first time for everything. Best of luck with the V2.0 of this watch!! Toadtorrent
Hey Sander, Good job on the wood insert for the caseback. How does this wood insert fit in? How does the metal Calypso fit in? Did you remove the caseback and insert the new wood piece from the back, or did you pop off the sapphire from the outside on re-insert? Have you tested how the modification works underwater (in other words, if you had to remove the sapphire cover, is it still water resistant?). Thanks for any info. PAMman
Excellent job. You are obviously very handy with the scissors. BTW, how large is your dining room table......in other words could you carry out this mod for many other members?
