ZainoDetail
Could you Rolex experts pick these two rep apart a bit to tell me if if either one is good or not. From the limited info out there it appears as though there really aren't any outstanding DateJust reps for the ladies but I'd like to find the nicest one possible for my wife. This are the ones that I've been looking at from Joshua: http://www.pc-80108.com/rdjls00101-jubilee...712-p-4127.html and http://www.pc-80108.com/rdjls01007-oyster-...712-p-3319.html Thank you for your time and expert input. From the limited info out there it appears as though there really aren't any outstanding DateJust reps for the ladies but I'd like to find the nicest one possible for my wife. This are the ones that I've been looking at from Joshua: Joshua is a reliable collector & I have considered getting one of these also. Unless she does not like Rolex watches (many women do not), your wife should love it. As an alternative, you might consider getting the same model but with the mother of pearl dial. Women tend to prefer that one for some reason. I would avoid getting a watch with jewels because women can usually tell they are CZ, which makes the watch look fake. Victoria
FWIW, ZainoDetail, I also was going to suggest the one with classic baton markers. The Arab numerals just don't do anything for me, but your wife may like them since they're not common. It depends how sure of herself she is. This is me wearing a similar Day-Date: The baton markers just have an undefinable touch of class.
lazarini
I got this lady DJ ... in the beggining when we were browsing pictures she was not so sure ... so i opted for a used one that i got of "tutima" fellow member for a great price .... as soon as he received it and start wearing it it grown on her instantly and still wears it every day . regards laz
w.genzo
Go for a classick stick or roman hour markers model, it's a pretty good rep and the dial is small and difficult to spot. The second one is not so accurate, circles on the dial are deeper on the gen, as well as hour markers.
rek001
In Joshua's photos, the end links fit nice and tight against the case, which is not always the situation when looking at Datejusts.
Antonio
I bought one from Joshua for my wife over a year ago. She loves it. Other than a little dirt/scratches on part of the datewheel, it's an amazing timepiece.
