grantyboy_72 Posted March 12, 2008 Report Posted March 12, 2008 Has anyone come across a replica of this watch. Been looking on various sites (joshua, andrew etc). Can' tfind anywhere Here is a pic.
grantyboy_72 Posted March 12, 2008 Author Report Posted March 12, 2008 Thanks for that. Will enquire.
subzero1 Posted March 12, 2008 Report Posted March 12, 2008 1:1 version is coming out in the next couple of months, I have it on good authority.
Guest avitt Posted March 12, 2008 Report Posted March 12, 2008 1:1 version is coming out in the next couple of months, I have it on good authority. That's some superb news I've been eyeing the gen, and hoping that I wouldn't have to break down and buy one...
AMK000 Posted March 12, 2008 Report Posted March 12, 2008 1:1 version is coming out in the next couple of months, I have it on good authority. What , what , what ???....... automatic and 1:1 ??? What movement they will use ???? I will "cry" when I see it. Many of us have dreamed about it in the past
subzero1 Posted March 12, 2008 Report Posted March 12, 2008 Yep, 1:1 ebel, and AP ROO sec's @ 12, Concord C1, Breitling Skyland, Breitling Heritage (improved), Graham Swordfish (improved), lots of good/cool stuff coming up the first half year this year. No news on a big pilot though, maybe by year end.
geo1nah2a Posted March 12, 2008 Report Posted March 12, 2008 Sorry for the off topic, but I have to say that I will be looking forward to that Concord C1. Reminds me a bit of the DeWitt Academia, both in fusion of materials, as well as for not being mainstream.
By-Tor Posted March 13, 2008 Report Posted March 13, 2008 I briefly owned the quartz version. Rather nice, but of course a decent 7750-version would be something else. See my review here: http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showtopic=49640
grantyboy_72 Posted March 20, 2008 Author Report Posted March 20, 2008 1:1 version is coming out in the next couple of months, I have it on good authority. Yes, good news, as this watch really caught my eye. Can't wait.
Jos Nana Posted March 20, 2008 Report Posted March 20, 2008 Will not be 1 : 1 ... movt restriction...
Rolexman Posted March 20, 2008 Report Posted March 20, 2008 (edited) Will not be 1 : 1 ... movt restriction... Great news Josh, But isn't it a typical 7753 lay-out a la navitimer? Edited March 20, 2008 by Rolexman
Jos Nana Posted March 21, 2008 Report Posted March 21, 2008 I not so sure.... I think the gen is a EP movt... subdials is closer.. The rep will be in 7750, like the Planet Ocean Chrono.. subdials will be wider ..
Pix Posted March 21, 2008 Report Posted March 21, 2008 I love the design of the subdials, it's less "boring" than the usual chrono layout. A more detailed and accurate version would be welcome, for sure. You can get the quartz version from various dealers under 100 dollars. Apprentice Watchmark has it.
