I think most of us will be on holidays during July/August and November sounds almost like Christmas to me. Maybe the OP can make a poll with a couple of day/dates in September (6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21, 27, 28) and we pick the date with the most votes? Depending on the attendees we can then pick a location/place.
