Seadweller4000
The one with the better lume is gen. [EDIT]: as no lumeshot is posted: both reps.
iceberg1459
the right one in 3rd pic..because pushers looks micron-slightly more aligned, but from movt. what i see both has asian movt. so both are REP
andreww
No micro regulator adjustment on either would lead me to believe that these are both reps. I can only see the movement pics but another giveaway is where the Tachy ring meets the dial. On the rep it is very smooth and on the gen there is a bit of an edge. Pix
The center of the rotor tells both are reps. One with a nice strap, the other with a worse one (cheaper rubber)
pman
I agree both are reps. It's interesting that the serial numbers are different. And, they are different than my watch. I like that because it's a dead give away on most reps, especially PAMs. The other indicator that they are both reps is the blue protector film on both of the deployant clasps. I own one, the rep that is, and they all come with the blue plastic. I doubt the rep manufacturers went through the trouble of repping the film too. Guest Mr Jones
Ok, both are replica from Josh. Ordered in 7 days difference [two shipment]. But they are little different. 1. First they have different strap, you feel different each watch on hand. I explain it in another post. 2. Different weight. 3. AR is different or one have it only, one have little plum tint like told my wife [or members purple tint] and dial looks more black, second looks like have any color of glas [no AR ??] dial look dark grey. 4. One have more bolder fonts or deeper engraving on caseback. 5. One is much more noisy, rotor is running like crazy carrousel. 6. Lume only hands have lume not strong, dial ??? I don't see any lume. Did you put to UV lamp your watches before making lume shoot ?! Both have silver chrono sec hand. With rubber strap I can live BUT rotor noisy is terrible, now I can understand opinion if I read same member write I have noisy A7750 watch , I have too two IWC aka Slevin one with SS second with rubber and here difference with quality is much bigger [both too from Josh different shipments in 2 weeks]. I will download video with working rotor but is difficult to record this using two hands. Working noisy rotor > < any move of this watch rotor is crazy, noisy first sec. before voice of bird rotor is slowing down > <. Working silent rotor > < ist is not so easy run this rotor, > <he stops quick, and it is silent *************************************************************** And now if old members of this forum can explain me what is wrong with this A7750 and watches. Jawo
Here is a pic of my gen's caseback. You will notice that the center pin on rotor is different as well as the lack of the regulator on both watches. So like everyone has stated, they are both reps. Pix
There are obviously 2 manufacturers... Bad news, especially if Joshua sells both for the same price.

I have the PD with the Slow moving rotor (not to slow) and its quite and i have one Chopard Mille miglia GMT chrono rotor that spin like you stated, I think i heard from somewhere that you can oil your rotor to slow it movement down or something, Hope other can clear it up. Iam not too sure Regards

andreww
Like gen watches, things can change from watch to watch. Parts and watches are not all made on the same day, so you will see a variation as there is no real quality standard in place. Things like AR will vary drastically. Chinese movements are just the same, some are noisier than others, and some last longer than others, it all depends on assembly. Take the movement apart, clean it, and lube and reassemble it and I'm sure they would all perform equally.
takashi
Can you check the caseback? My caseback comes with single sided AR coated and so is the crystal.

I don't have expierence with A7750 and don't know what is correct rotor will rotate smooth and slow or much and quick [like crazy carrousel] and I don't talk now about noise only two times shake hand and rotor turnover 10 or 2. What is correct ? takashi - my two Flat6 have litle purple tint on glass in caseback.
Pix
Like gen watches, things can change from watch to watch. Chinese movements are just the same, some are noisier than others, and some last longer than others, it all depends on assembly. That sounds like a reasonable explanation. But if you take the strap, it's a different raw material and also a different mould (one has the 6240 printed). That's more than a variation in the batches IMO. It's a really different part (manufacturer ?) Also, I'm a bit anxious about the diffeence in the caseback engraving that might also be a clue to a different machinery, therefore different manufacturer. Nothing of this would be annoying if it did not result in a reall quality difference, whereas sold for the same price. Regarding this "carousel" : if it's silent, I see no problem in this, I have the same on some movements. Again, there's one direction of rotation that does not rewind the movement, therefore it's free wheeling. Not a sign of bad behaviour. If it's making noise (whhhiiirrrr), then I agree, it's a no no ! coolfire
Can you check the caseback? My caseback comes with single sided AR coated and so is the crystal. Just to chime in...My caseback crystal also comes with single-sided AR costing. What about the markings on the back of your rubber strap, does yours have them?
