Tom Hawkes Posted July 8, 2008 Report Posted July 8, 2008 By-Tor, By-Tor, By-Tor... the proper rolex wristshot has to be in an angle from above, so that you can see this pants and white socks in this awesome adiletten.. you still have to learn a lot, grasshopper..
DuDro Posted July 8, 2008 Report Posted July 8, 2008 Woops...My bad! I just read the thread title again and saw "Rolex"! I'll fix this ASAP...Stay tuned!
By-Tor Posted July 8, 2008 Author Report Posted July 8, 2008 @Dudro: Nevermind. I'll change the title and move it to general discussion. These kinds of photos are very nice of all watches, because they actually give much better view of the watch than normal wristies. Keep 'em coming guys!
slai Posted July 8, 2008 Report Posted July 8, 2008 And here's a slight variation...the "nonchalant, hey wassup, I'm really doing something else but here's my watch" shot.
By-Tor Posted July 8, 2008 Author Report Posted July 8, 2008 Here's the original inspiration I think:
fakemaster Posted July 8, 2008 Report Posted July 8, 2008 So BT. Do you like the square or round pushers better?
By-Tor Posted July 8, 2008 Author Report Posted July 8, 2008 So BT. Do you like the square or round pushers better? Both are ok. But when (and if) there will be a proper date-only version, I'll trade my day-date to that one. Dunno why but I'm not so crazy about oversized watches anymore. Imagine how much nicer the TT BCE was, if it was 40-41mm.
Corgi Posted July 8, 2008 Report Posted July 8, 2008 I work from home. I don't feel like putting on pants today. 'nuff said.
Tom Hawkes Posted July 8, 2008 Report Posted July 8, 2008 No need for pants, when you work from home. Homer already proved that.
tmg Posted July 8, 2008 Report Posted July 8, 2008 Well my only stock photo like this just happens to be what I'm wearing today.
tmg Posted July 8, 2008 Report Posted July 8, 2008 Ok...here's my Red-Sub... Funny Dudro, I have that same bracelet
Corgi Posted July 8, 2008 Report Posted July 8, 2008 Well my only stock photo like this just happens to be what I'm wearing today. Perfectionist Alert!!
DuDro Posted July 9, 2008 Report Posted July 9, 2008 Funny Dudro, I have that same bracelet I love it...Heavy but comfortable. I picked it up when I was in Bali last Fall...They have great silver there among other things.
freddy333 Posted July 9, 2008 Report Posted July 9, 2008 thanks for looking Thanks for posting. Wow, only 1 word to describe that shot -- Magnificant. Well done.
ubiquitous Posted July 10, 2008 Report Posted July 10, 2008 A couple of quick ones.. Not great by any means, but doing this kind of wrist shot was a lot more difficult than I thought it would be
freddy333 Posted July 10, 2008 Report Posted July 10, 2008 They are actually easy if you can find someone who will click the shutter for you without 1st telling you there is something seriously wrong with you.
