(In)famous Rolex Rep Dealer?

Can anyone REMIND me (my search skills are failing me) the name of the infamous dealer who customizes Submariners into Frankens - mixing ETA, Rep, and Gen parts?

I recall the price being like $500-$600...

There are a number of sites, but their prices are about 4-5 times higher than what you quoted.

If You mean : ETA - a couple of REPs - and results in a watch that can accept GEN parts then You might be thinking of EuroTimez (http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showforum=187)

Adding GEN parts in the mix would push the price higher..

Let me clarify: it's a dealer/watchmaker. He modifies reps to be close to gens. I think it might be from Japan. They are expensive. He *might* put in ETA movements.

I have seen the site recently as well, and (I thought) this dealer was well known in the fora...
