in an age when elections are all about public image and perception, 1 old white guy = 1 old white guy (i.e. Biden = McCain)

... but 1 hot MiLF > 1 black Moslem HANDS DOWN ! :p

how many Christians do ya know that have Hussein as a middle name ? ;)

That you would even put something that asinine in print is shameful.

Let's see- we cannot support Obama because he's a Muslim, and because the leader of his Christian Church hates some wrong minded US policies? Which is it- should we not vote for him because he's a Muslim or because of the Church he belongs to?

The smears are embarrassing at this point. Don't diminish the value of your opinions by perpetuating what you know are lies. You can do better.

Just think what it would do for RWG contributions if indeed a [censored] was one of the privileges of platinum membership. Heck, I could see people signing up over and over and over again.

It would depend on who was giving the [censored].

I know enough to see that you defended your comment in the second post, and backpedaled in your third.

America has been duped into knee jerk responses to sound bites and disinformation. How many folks get their news from more than one source, if at all? I try to get my info from many sources with many differing backgrounds- most people don't. Many Americans believe that Iraq attacked us on 9/11- why because they repeated it over, and over, and over, and over- the same way people keep planting this 'he's a Muslim' rhetoric. It's astonishing to me that in 2008 that 1) His religious background should matter anyway, and 2) That people are so willing to bite the worm and get hooked on concepts that are simply wrong- with no though of research or consideration.

Hope your worm tastes good.

A good number also believe that the Bush Administration had something to do with it.

There are gullible people all across the political spectrum. Welcome to the real world.

This part I get- what I don't get is people who should know better perpetuating the nonsense when they know good and well it's wrong.

Could you just imagine if Obama picked a former mayor (a part-time mayor at that) and gov. for less than 2 years? The conservative base would eat him alive. Now imagine if Obama had a 17 year old daughter and it came out she is pregnant? You can't be the party of "family values" and have one standard for your party and another totally different standard for the other party.

And for my other rant. John McCain was accused in 2000 of having a baby out of wedlock, a baby of "color". Turns out she is adopted. I applaud him and his wife, I have an adopted brother. But why do we always see the blonde hair, blue eyed daughter and not Bridget? Some say because of her color, some say because she is overweight. Regardless of the reason it is unfair and God only knows which house she is being hidden at. His staff has yet to get back with me.

The lay public is easily misled. All you need to look at are the millions that tune in to hear Rush Limbaugh every day. All they are hearing are half truths and news that is slanted only one way. If the public knew the reality......that we live economicly and politically within a MIXED system they would then understand. Its the interplay of capitalism (the right) and socialism (the left) that makes us great and strong. Following just one pathway would not allow us to ebb and flow along with the ever changing national and world climate we must function within. Just look to those nations that do not provide for those at the bottom and you would see how we would look if we followed a single minded economic course.

all i'm saying is she named one of her kids - something something van palin

say it out loud -

JUMP - everybody Jump JUMP until we begin

And the fun thing is, they named him that way on purpose! Look it up at ADN.com

The kids are all named after favorite Alaskan places: Bristol, Paxon, Willow, Track (because's a runner) and Piper because that's a favorite bushplane here... unbreakable and unstoppable.

Bristol is where the family fishes, Paxon is for Iron Dog and Arctic Man, Willow is a great place for family activities up the road from Wasilla. Trig is Norsk for True.

Wow, my appologies everyone, didn't mean to start a inflamatory thread, just though it would make good conversation. In the US we all can agree to dis-agree and that is what sets us apart from many others. Of course, conversation of religion and/or politics always brings out the strong opinions in everyone. But as was posted pages before, this has got people talking and thats not a bad thing. Having controversial or colorful personalities in a presidential race is what gets people involved (remember Ross Perot??) and its only when people get involved, get information, make a descision for themselves and vote do we really see our political system in use as designed. Of couse, its when the dust settles and the newly elected administration gets to work will we see any real differences, and with the political machine that is DC, there is only so much we can expect from these folks.

So I guess its all cool as long as it does not infringe upon our collective interest in our timepeices and here is hoping we can all get along.

Oh BTW - blowjob, [censored], did that work????

Edit: damn, it did work, platinum pays off, lol. Anybody got a cigar?? :peace:

It's ok, we don't care if you're gay.

Hey, gay is ok (sorry Mrs. Palin but it's true). But though I am a big believer in gays' rights to do as they choose, I still prefer not to be confused with one. And I SURE don't like it when some mod edits my posts to say "I'm gay" and then runs off to hide.

To me, THAT is gay.

Who's hiding? I did it... I thought it was pretty funny. And Pug's responses were pretty funny too.

Go ahead and change it back to what you originally posted "Blow Job"

Well "[censored]" was more funny. It was a reply to the previous post.

And Pug's responses here might have seemed funny to YOU but his private pm's to me were kind of scary.

Is there any way he can see my IP address and figure out exactly where I am?
