rolli Posted October 25, 2008 Report Posted October 25, 2008 hi all, here is the pam004A pvd with simona pav edition strap. details: case: andrew 004A dial / hands and caseback: davidsen dial and hands has an excellent luminosity, gen sapphire without ar: davidsen crown: palp crown movement: gen unitas 6497 with h3 cannon pinion, modifications by my watchmaker: crown-guard adapted to the case, lever adapted to the crown, stem adapted to the crown, new crown-guard screws manufactured, case disassembled for the pvd coating, after coating all parts assembled, pvd coating service by me, enjoy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! rolli

rolli Posted November 7, 2008 Author Report Posted November 7, 2008 with this kind of scratches the bead blasting procedure have to be very strong to remove all scratches, and whether all deep scratches will be removed is another question. it's always better a stainless steel case is polished for the best result of the bead blasting. for the 028 satined cases which have already pvd, after removing of the old pvd coating with a special leach, there is no problem to get a good result with the bead blasting for the new pvd coating. rolli Hi Rolli.
