tanya Posted January 12, 2009 Report Posted January 12, 2009 I believe it may be a Flav or Vac piece. Though Rex made up a couple of Jimmy Fu ladden unbranded pieces as well. Prob Flav or Vac though, pretty sure I saw their twins over at RG. Awesome looking piece though.
steppen Posted January 12, 2009 Report Posted January 12, 2009 is it from RWG's member RobbieG? Looks like it, same pictorials posted there as the ones here
chiefwiggum Posted January 12, 2009 Report Posted January 12, 2009 Is it the angle/ shadow of the photo or is the crown guard not flush?
TeeJay Posted January 12, 2009 Report Posted January 12, 2009 is it from RWG's member RobbieG? Yes, Robbie is a member there as well. To be honest, I can't see there being a problem, as it's not a replica watch being passed off as a gen, it is, precisely what it is described as being

dadog13 Posted January 12, 2009 Report Posted January 12, 2009 (edited) Ahh, I misunderstood their tone, my mistake maybe you understood correctly what the OP said...after rereading the subtitle of the thread... but probably the OP is not aware of the cost the modders ask for some of this pieces..depending on all the work done, parts,....and so on Edited January 12, 2009 by dadog13

I did not realize the origin of the watch. I am sure it is worth what he is asking for it. My post was more about the fact that TZ bends their own rules and allows these types of posts.
coolfire Posted January 13, 2009 Report Posted January 13, 2009 Well, it is a nice watch which i believe is worth the price tag. Pics have that distinctive RobbieG flavour too.
phaedo Posted January 13, 2009 Report Posted January 13, 2009 The traitor! Not offering it for sale here at home first! Not that I am buying, but I am sure it is something someone on here would love to pick up.
Noel Fleischer Posted January 13, 2009 Report Posted January 13, 2009 i think its from Homer. when you see robbies posts its listed under current gens
Shundi Posted January 13, 2009 Report Posted January 13, 2009 Genuine Swiss ETA 6497 handwound movement. Again, most of the movements you see in other watches like these are knockoffs from cheap Asian replicas - don't be fooled.
