beano2004 Posted February 20, 2009 Report Posted February 20, 2009 Thought i would share my latest addition to my 127 project this arrived today in the mail still in the customer service packaging... brand new.... With the bezel in route to cap off this project I cant wait to have it all come together.... unless that is the case is next......
Watchmeister Posted February 20, 2009 Report Posted February 20, 2009 Congrats on the sapphire. Once you put it together you will learn the secret of the ages. The sapphire is the most significant difference from the rep. Best of luck with the case set. Did you ever get your hands on a crown?
beano2004 Posted February 20, 2009 Author Report Posted February 20, 2009 yept i got new hands and a new crown last week...... the final touch is the bezel which will arrive next week..

FxrAndy Posted February 20, 2009 Report Posted February 20, 2009 Wow. Beano, who makes the Rep Case with a removable bezel?!? ...I am more behind the times... My fiddy bezel comes off! 0581 case and so does the one on my wifes 127.
beano2004 Posted February 20, 2009 Author Report Posted February 20, 2009 Eddie Lee made a short run of Pam 127 that had the correct case where the movement in put in by removing the sapphire and the bezel the other cases all require the movement to be mounted by removing the case back as this case is just like the gen where it gets pressed into the case by the sapphire and the bezel. Im sure there are some posts where there is much more detail and pictures...
olreon Posted February 21, 2009 Report Posted February 21, 2009 the cases where the movement comes out to the front, like on the genuine, by removing the bezel with the saphire are out of production :-(. the only cases that are available are the weak cases where the movement comes out to the back, by removing the caseback
babola Posted February 28, 2009 Report Posted February 28, 2009 the cases where the movement comes out to the front, like on the genuine, by removing the bezel with the saphire are out of production :-(. the only cases that are available are the weak cases where the movement comes out to the back, by removing the caseback DSN should still have few older cases available, check him first. ;-)
