mimilala
Hi I would like to get a new watch to replace my Sea-Dweller and I am looking for a nice replica of the Deep Sea SD. I have seen that there are many models (v1,v2,v3,v4)... Which one should I get and where could I find such a model (I have seen that Josh and Andrew were selling that watch, but they don't say which model they sell)? Thanks in advance for your answers :-)
mb7000
v3 was the best. not sure where it is available for sale at, in my opinion V3 was better then v4 and the jury is still out on v5 good luck
Zackb911
I'd say V5, Eurotimez carries it and Gio did a review on repgeek and RWI. Seems hands down the best to me.
gioarmani
What jury is that?... The V5 is easily better than the V3, just for the corrected date-window. It still maintains all the qualities that put the V3 above the V4 (better band fit, better case construction, correct shaped case-back, correct clasp color/markings, etc.) http://www.rwg.cc/members/Stopped-AD-DeepSea-t97161.html

Gioarmani is also the DSSD specialist, so whatever he says is reputable.
Warrcraft
I currently have a V-3, and it absolutley has the strenghths and flaws already mentioned numerous times by others here. I am waiting on the the V-5 from EuroTimez and based upon the excellent posts/reviews by Gioarmani on the V-5 and the pictures (and written claims) on EuroTimez site, it would seem to me the V-5 is the way to go my friend. When I finally receive the V-5, I'll do a quick post to see if the watch I received matches EuroTimez pictures and claims. I suspect it will, but one never knows until the watch is actually in your own hands! Should be about 10 more days until I get the watch. bertieng
I must also say Euro's V5 is the one to go for after seeing all the pcitures and review by gio. Now saving up my pocket to go for one. Interetsing enough, one my office colleague just bought a gen. DSSD and is waving his hand around petending not to with intention to show it off. This really got my teeth crunching hard, what an a**hole. Wonder it would be fun when I have the V5 DSSD on wrist to make direct hit with his. baglc1
Why don't you wait until WM9's is made and buy theirs. You could order direct off them or use trusted collector BK on here. The last update on the WM9 SD was all new pre-orders have been cancelled because they have over 2500 orders already for the watch.

The last update on the WM9 SD was all new pre-orders have been cancelled because they have over 2500 orders already for the watch. You are confused; the BK/WM9 release coming the next few months is a Sea-Dweller, *not* a DeepSea Sea-Dweller. Different watch.
