Birdman
I just recieved payment by paypal for an AP concept watch and the member put AP concept in the item description!!!! I sent back his payment and he is now listed in the dealer section as one to be careful about. After all this talk about this and it continues!!!! chris5264
I don't understand, just putting "AP concept" seems so general I can't imagine anyone could figure out what it means. I always leave that area blank just to be safe but could putting something so general also be a problem?
Birdman
Maybe general, but Google AP concept and the first site that comes up is the Purists. I am sure that Paypal is not stupid. The buyer only had 1 post. Could be a setup, could be stupidity. Soooo many discussions on here about this. Why should I take a chance? AP Concept oneday Rolex the next. KB
Unfortunately when you deal with someone with no board presence it's always going to be a crap shoot. Ken
TineT
In the past I have used "Optical Instrument" as a description for bank payments and PP when it came to watches... maybe just an idea for everyone
Pugwash
I recently used the term cockstrap, but that wasn't for a rep ...
Quarks
I wouldnt take any chances esp. when there is $$ in the PP acct. Sorry the deal did not go thru. Be more selective with who you sell to. I have a bunch of stuff which I will be putting up for sale. I guess I have to deal with it as well. narikaa
I recently used the term cockstrap, but that wasn't for a rep ... Maybe thats the answer........ Detail it with PayPal as a TWO FOOT LONG KING KONG EXPLODING BUTT PLUG and maybe they wont be so keen to raise a PP dispute cos it didnt meet their expectations !!!! . Finepics
Simplest thing is just to leave it blank. I always do this whenevr I buy anything. I doubt though that PP would bother to search the subject line unless someone made a complaint.
