patinga
Are they reps? I had a watch in the NY Customs for 15 days, then just arrived. Unless you get the dreaded letter, I wouldn't worry about it.
mpp
Hey Wan, hope you are doing good. Try this # , but be a bit wary if the package in question needs to be opened haha I have no idea if this is the correct #, but give it a try. US Customs Office (972) 550-4800 2411 Gateway Dr Irving, TX 75063 If all else fails try this one US Customs Homeland Security (972) 870-7460 7501 Esters Blvd, Irving, TX 75063 Good Luck ! mp
triplehd
I would advise NOT to call customs. Think about it for obvious reasons. Just be patient.
Toadtorrent
Wait wait wait...that's what reps are all about. If something is wrong...you'll get notice...otherwise...it's just sitting in processing.
mikellem
Wan, Do NOT call customs... You will raise a red flag IMHO... Give it time... I bet she will arrive... MM
bonecollector
"Hi, I have a, umm, replica watch that you guys have had for five days now. When do you think you'll be sending it on its way?"
kimdeal
You know, US Customs is a govt agency. They really don't care about you or your watch very much, and there is no such thing as 'customer service' - because of course, you are not their customer. So, if they are too slow for you, you will threaten them by saying next time you will take your valuable business to their competitor? Five days in US Customs is quite common. I've shipped lots of genuine goods via Fed Ex which have been held up about that long, and Fed Ex supposedly expedites shipments through customs.
