  1. Duuhhh what? Of course I knew that's what you think 'cause what you said are not facts. You can't go through a day without breaking bold statements and groundless thoughts that confuse people, can you? Just don't do it at my expense again. Stay away from me. bk

  2. Very cool-looking...except for the fake patina. It's one thing for people like us to simulate the look of an old watch because we're actually trying to re-create an old watch. I realize some of the hypocrisy inherent in my opinion, but fake patina in a production model just makes me unreasonable. Companies (like Panerai particularly) are just trying to trade on the desire of some collectors' desire for a vintage watch but who don't want to deal with the potential headache of owning a vintage watch.

  3. +1 cougar1 I bought the Gen last year (black model) and soon after bought the rep as I heard so many good things about it. I didn't get the better movement as the couple of differences were not important for me, pearling movement and correct rotor from memory! Man what a rep it is, compared so well to the Gen that I sold it within a week, it really is that close I just did the bracelet fix on it, greased seals and it was good to go. Still runs like a champ and by the way the blue is way off the Gen

  4. Well put Bert! I think it was time to tell the story. I have to say the pictures look very promising if only the engraving was not there! A couple of close ups of the bezel would be great, the teeth look very good in the pics as does the bracelet and end links! Thanks!
