Update: I got me the aftermarket deployants from BOB, and they are indeed even better than the OEM ones. Perfectly satisfied now.

"Does anyone know if a SA3135 or yuki will fit in a 16xxx dj case..." if 16xxx means a 162xx DJ case, then the answer would be yes...if the movement and case are genuine spec. Replicas and Frankensteins may be the cartoons of the watch world but a 6.35mm thick movement will still not fit into a case made for a 6.0mm thick movement. No kiddin'.

I was the same mate, never looked at a Panerai twice, that was until I spotted one on a bracelet, being a bracelet kind of guy, I thought I would try it out. Long story short, I loved it, and now have four PAM's, all on bracelets

I don't think the DSSD has been really improved, bezel paint is the same and the rehaut is barely visible on these. My V6s came with polished Rolex clasp, same as V7. I've ordered a V7 LN Sub C with SA3135, I will keep you updated...
