  9. Ah. Yeah, the issue you have is because its a BP model. There's no easy solution. You cant buy noob crpo parts, thats out. No way to tell if gen parts will fit, if you can even find them or wish to pay that much. You could try buying a V6 factory insert but again, no guarantee it will fit. Another option would be to purchase the BP factory black ceramic bezel and swap that onto it.

  10. The GMT is now done... This watch... God !!!! It took ages to achieve but now it's finally allright. The hardest part was to get the handstack right. The height of every element is of paramount importance. If the lume is too high the GMT hand does not pass... And most dials you'll find will have the lume made too high, like on a sub. But this isn't a Sub! The dial was custom made in Vietnam on a gen spec plate with ETA feet. Roulette wheel, gen-all-you-can, meaning: crown+insert+crystal. Phong bezel assy. A big BRAVO to Joe for the awesome engravings ! Movement modified for the date and GMT to behave as they should on a gen movement: non quick set and non adjustable. Enjoy the pics, Rolojack.

  11. I believe it is 1-2 mm thicker than gen. The gen is 12.5mm thick whereas this one is thicker but not by much. One reason is the ETA 2824s are 4.6mm thick whereas the Omega 2500 is based on the ETA 2892A2 which is 3.6mm thick.

  12. Khashayar, you could try popping off the bezel with a knife, once you have access to the inside it is very easy remove all pearl glue with a pin and just slide down the pearl and reglue flush.....however be really careful using the knife method, easy slip and ruin hands (your hands ) or case, tape up everything and go slow and work your way around creating a gap between bezel and case, as it gets bigger the whole bezel should pop off. Usual method is to use something like an exacto knife to get a slight gap then move up to something thicker until bezel pops off.
