Yeah, not sure how much a full service would be for me here in Iceland right now. A good watchsmith did quote me about 250 3-4 years ago. I´d probably have to get the pushers myself from Ofrei though. Now, what about that screw?!

It's not the pusher though. It's the lever (or whatever it's called) itself I think. On the other hand, maybe it is the pusher since it does stick a bit as well when pushed. Thanks for the article Dbane. Also, maybe worth noting. There was a tiny screw loose in the case but I have absolutely no idea what it does.
