I used jewellers files on this, but didn't touch the inside as the crown tube is in the way. Thanks for the advice. The inside definitely needs doing, you're right. I think I'll refrain from sending it to you just now, though.

What I would recommend is decasing the movement, cleaning the inside of the case and putting it all back together carefully. If it's a movement alignment problem, this should fix it.

Here's what I've heard. Ruby cannot get this watch. Only four dealers can; Angus, Josh, Andrew and ... King. They're all charging an artificially high price. Having said that, one of the dealers is secretly selling it cheaper than the rest ... or did I make that bit up to break the trust inside the cartel? Yes, I did make that up, please don't PM me to find out which dealer. But that's how easy it would be to break their price fixing. No, I didn't make the bit up about Ruby.

Yes, it's ugly. Hideously ugly, but it's ugly like an ugly loyal dog. You can't help but love the fugly thing. Yes, the 20min marker has indeed fallen off, and this is why it was only 90€.

Nope. You just need to make sure they're the right size. The minimum is 1024x768, and the maximum is 1920x1200, and as long as the picture is the exact size of a known screen size, it'll be useful to someone. I tend to make them 1280x960 as a rule.

I'm currently using the brown leather top of my 12-watch box or a choice of books. I used to use green plastic/paper as the background, but I needed some variety, and it was oddly hard to keep pristine. I'm now going to expect lots of photos with the coffee table in them, just so we can be conditioned to associating it with you.

What I find entertaining is that this same thread was taking place on RWI and even after THREE dealers posted, the thread was still moved to the looney bin. You know, the thread where the dealers admit to screwing us was seen as so insignificant that it was essentially chucked away. Are we really that stupid?
