  1. Well, I would say it is like going to your local bar rather than to the big crowded club. Not about the expertise at all, more about the fun :-)
  2. German ? BTW, the board belongs to a crap-rep dealer that operates from Latvia and charges sky high prices for pure junk.
  3. Check the new Galaxy Tab 8.9 or 10.1 that just came out before you buy ;-)
  4. Not if you wear it on the inside of your wrist. Then it looks exactly right. I think they are designed to be worn like this.
  5. chronos24 has some pretty good deals listed lately, dealers but also private. And as long as you buy within the EU (see Pr Dubis), no VAT or customs are due.
  6. No comparison with FYROM PO. It used to be this way in Greece too but things have changed. Of course there is space for improvements but these are my experiences lately (as posted on another forum): " My cigars (3 boxes from Switzerland in Registered Airmail) made it in exactly one week. I will not put in writing how many times I have ordered with delivery in Greece and re-shipping to Germany but I am smoking cigars for almost 20 years now ;-) Watch/other stuff packages (EMS) from China, no probs at all, quick and reliable. Normal postal packages from anywhere are traceable and insured. Have sent packages from the US, Singapore and many from Germany. You can track them down to Post Office level until delivery and tracking is reliable. Sh*t happens of course. The recipient didn't get a notification last time but thanks to tracing, I could tell him in which PO to go get his package. I have also claimed and received the insurance through the German Post when something has gone wrong (lost package). IMHO, Greece is an excellent "backdoor" to the EU right now but don't tell anybody, it is an insider's tip "
  7. Well I am far from an expert in this hobby but when you look at Andy’s dial, what is missing are the shadows that the top layer casts from different angles. The cut outs are obviously a straight cut and the light reflects on the sides of the cut outs. When looking at the genuine, it seems like the top layer is a lot thinner or the cut outs are made differently. Wouldn’t it be possible to make the cut outs of the rep inverse-bevelled? It would “add” depth and the right visual effect (shadows) I think.
  8. Back to the original subject, shipping lines are very "itchy" about containers with a customs declaration: "Small metallic parts" ;-) However, some of them get through sometimes, through points of entry where controls are not very strickt or bribes are a common practice. Then they just have to re-assembly the product again somewhere, often combining parts from several containers. And of course, quite a number of guns comes from eastern Europe/Russia "all ground".
  9. Will send you a PM with some cheap and reliable sources that ship anywhere. Test the waters with a couple of boxes first to see how customs are. But cuban cigars are for sure not illegal in Croatia.

  11. The Cohibas are fake, hologram missing and as a 2010 it should have a new seal, not the one that is on the box.. The Monte box looks real, I have had quite a few from the early 1980s, the stamp says Jan 1985 if I am reading it well, the seal is good. Yes, they could be good if they were real and have been stored properly during the years. BUT,the cigars look like dog rockets, weiny, loose bands (too loose even for aged cigars) and this, in combination with the fake Cohibas, gives a NO-NO
  12. Not only on RWI, people tried elsewhere also Why don't you ask Knoxville to give you the full story? Particularly the part with how much time he gave Josh to provide new pictures before he cancelled the order? Or the part with the 7 refund request emails within 2 days? I cann't blame Josh for going balistic in this case
  13. Has anybody tried to use a black light and see if this causes this effect on the dealer's pictures? My "normal" green 196 turned weird green the other day, when I visited a place with black light. It glew more intensively (which is how a dealer would like to show it on a picture I guess) but also very green.
  14. Sound advice. And if you get to other smaller cities even better. Many small shops make their house brands with very nice designs and great movements at very decent prices. I even remember seeing awesome house-brand chronos (auto) for around CHF1000-1500.
  15. lello, I saw my name on the list so I guess you forgott that you already shipped and I have received mine :-) However, I will receive one more watch soon and will probably need one more DW but have to check what movement is inside first.
