Its funny I baby my reps way more then my gen Yachtmaster or Breitling because I know these watches can take it. reps are more delicate so I treat them with more care espically my HBB's. As for Panerai I baby gen and rep alike!. I will say this I dont think I am the only one to buy a rep first (pam 005) to see how I like it before dropping $$$$ on the gen. The rep haters out there are just snobs!

OK, I had the sharp edges on the skin side of the clasp reworked by a Jeweller friend of mine. He machine rounded the edges and it is much more comfortable!. This is a very subtle mod that is unnoticable on a SS clasp. PVD is a different story. I highly reccomend it!

I rub a little Purell on the inside then apply lexan to the strap

Its a little tight but not skin tight. Im gonna try the Dremel method. Could you post pics?

My HBB clasp is not comfortable. The edges are sharp and it hurts the wrist after daily usage. I am trying to figure out how I can modify the clasp. Any ideas out there?
