What a beaut! Where did you get this version? It looks pretty good to me (I have the old version). What are the "serious mods" needed? It looks like the gen to my eye - comparing to the Omega site pics.
I think it is the gen

For me it's like buying a car from a salesman and him saying he will service it for you. Granted TT is having it done by someone else, but there is no quality guarantee. Buy the watch and then have it serviced would be my advice based on previous waterproofing results
I will definetevely follow your instructions, guys ! thanks for the advice.

EDIT - My apologizes...You haven't been around that long. That's a lot of posts in a month!!
Yes I have not working that much since the last 15 days

I wonder if anyone ever try the watch service from trustytime? What do you think of it?

Are the stems standard ? I mean if I break this one (see how optimist I am) and buy a new one… Does it will fit in the movement ?
I will try the heat method.

I found that the movement is something called "Chinese Automatic Cal ST6 Movement". There is a well done tutorial to service it here. If anybody is interesting to try servicing its first watch without putting too much bucks on the table.

Wear it well and soon you'll get the hunger for "perfection" in a super rep
Yes I am afraid of that This one was more for fun than anything else.

When I discovered the world of "trusted" replicas a few weeks ago, I also discover the Speedmaster and the Snoopy award Speedmaster. I was not that much into watches. In fact I didn't wear one for almost 10 years or so

Is that an Asian 7750?
Then, it had been suggested to push down really hard!
No I don't think so

they are refered to as the solid end links (SEL) are you trying to remove them from the bracelet its self or just get the bracelet off the watch?
I would like to remove them to put a nato strap…

I just bought the snoopy speedmaster which is a cheap entry level rep. But It is a good purpose to experiment things ! So I would like to change the glass on it for a more accurate acrylic domed glass. But as I am a total newbie to this world of watch I don't know where to find the release stem on the automatic movement of the watch to release the crown

Hello,
I am trying to remove the 2 parts that hold the watch and the bracelet together (the parts in red). Anybody could tell me how to proceed and wich tool to use

For those interesting in having the logos of the watches brands in vector files here is a link:
http://www.brandsoftheworld.com
I just check some brands:

As it is vector you can scale them any size you want (if you want to redecorate your home!!!) or for stickers or silkscreen or whatever you might think about.

Dude have you got any PAM's already? Maybe you need to test the PAM water with a cheaper version first. Do you move in circles of People that would know a Real Panerai if they saw one. The Dealers here don't really sell crappy watches , for $150 you can get a VERY good looking model.
Wearing reps is a state of mind.
ST4
That is exactly what I told myself; I was about to go for the nice out of the box 177H from DSN and tols myself that for my first ever PAM maybe it would be more clever to start with 150$ model

I wonder if the SMP from Silix was the same than the one from trusty and the one from Puretime
