  1. What best to do with Ladies LONGINES from 196o or even older? It obviously get no wrist time Got this on ebay back when I collected genuine LONGINES in 2003 The movement is loose inside the caseback, genuine movement so maybe not the original movement for this particular case I could have it repaired but another idea would be to use this movement in a FRANKEN-replica but not figured out a suitable recipient.....would be my first franken any views on this? Long live RWG Gran
  2. First out this Thursday Finaly wearing my ultimate PO Chrono 45mm with correct subdial spacing and the silly date window Happy Timekeeping Gunnar From Norway

  4. Now that is what I call a compuFRANKEN You are a very talented man omni...I am impressed with the attention to fine details and finish all the best Gunnar
  5. This will only fuel the move to the better quality Asian Movements and ETA clones
  6. Is that on a leather strap or a SS bracelet Mac?
  7. agree I like the one on GTXXL the rubber strap as well
  8. What is the best or most comfortable deployant for leathers straps out there regardless of brand and make? Typical OMEGA deployment can be a little uncomfortable due to its too great curvature The strap and closing mechanism on a watch is the final but important factor making a watch beautiful and enjoyable to wear I am sitting here with my 4th generation 42mm OMEGA PO on a genuine OMEGA leather strap with genuine fold, push buttons, flip lock deployant. It is nice but is it really comfortable enough? I have to say that in my experience that both the metal BRACELETS and oldfasion buckle straps are the most comfortable on my wrist My hypothesis: I suspect that true double deploymants are more comfortable than single ones are What is your experience with deployants? Happy timekeeping Gunnar Gran

  16. Holy grail indeed! 20 years from now they will have great problems telling if your watch is a genuine one or a superfranken
  17. Ok thank you alvinado. I trust you and I will look into it. Nothing is better than him being the best on QC of them all But in general i am inclined to say taht Being a trusted dealer is no guarantee for excellent level of QC (unfortunately)...sometimes it is mostly hype and dreams Ok thanks I will look into it
  18. I wish and hope this is the truth and only the truth True QC would be fantastic OK! so the lume an this watch and pictures are great....but truth is this is not enough information to make your statements true.....we need to know the type and mumber of watches and data (independent testing of the watches) in order to show the true level of QC....anyhow the volumes he sells would have to be quite low in order to make this possible lets us know more about Mreplica...we are all ears and eyes
  19. True!!! Fulham doing well...Norwegains on the team as well
