I ordered one from Eakamon....he advertises on TZ...he made me a very nice Gator with rivets for my BP.

They are made in thailand. I've been to the factory. And have confirmed this with the makers there...the boxes are then sent to DE and then repackaged to be sent off to the buyer with the little quibble "All the best from Germany" I've had the Carbon Fibre, Macassar Ebony, Burlwood and a host of others in my possession. All beautiful, handmade THAI crafstmanship. Not German. Not trying to hijack here, but wanted to state that as fact. Anyone remember the OP logo'd Carbon Fiber boxes that Rainer had made up? All the old school panny collectors like Hammer have them...yep, made in Thailand. But he had to stop as OP got wind of it and was just a tad pissed that someone was profitting from their copyrighted logo.

this is also being reported by a gent over on TRF in the Omega section. I hope this gets resolved for the gents that got swindled.... did TZ really take the thread down?

Would love to hear more. KBs are well known in the special ops communities, MMA fighters, and hardcore fitness buffs...i've tried 'em and they damn near killed me. I use 'em (gingerly) in conjunction with Crossfit. Fantastic results and fitness levels taken to new highs. I highly recommend them as opposed to dumbbells.

The lume on the gen and newly introduced rep 005 is fairly spot on. I have had them both, in hand, side by side and was really impressed.

The 204 really is a nice piece. I think the movement is part of that. Here is a quick dirty shot...the abusive marks from changing straps aren't from my doing...I inherited them from the previous owner. One of these days I will try to buff them out. The strap is a custom from Aaron (HKTAN) and I can't remember the name of it...one of these days, I am going to hunt down his source in Bangkok and get them cheaper, and faster too!

I bought my second hand from a member here named Amanda from Melbourne back in '09...I don't think she hangs out here anymore since she got a 360 on p.com..but you could see where she got hers from and then go from there. I have the same RG ROO RC...(on my second one as the first one got sold, missed it so much that went and got another) It is a fantastic rep...the color of the dial with the RG is fantastic. the rep rubber strap is excellent. I have had the gen in hand and this rep is very close. this is a very sporty watch and the RG is subtle enough with the rubber strap to be an every day watch. if anyone is on the fence, don't hesitate as I think you will be very pleased with the quality of this rep. Maciek, where are the pics of this watch with your girl? Very nice RG Montoya too!

+1 on a Sander build. I currently have his RBII with Cotes engraving and Screw Faceplate modification...It really looks the business. Before MOD After MOD I'd be in for a budget piece with Gen dial...there is like 5 or 6 on egay right now.

IF I had the spare coin lying around...I would get one...HBB and F1.....you can't go wrong!

The guys scores two amazing pieces for his 360. I find that stupefying as well....but then again...I have plunked down some silly coin on those "amazing" 6497s....doh!

It was only a matter of time before one would hit the secondary market PAM 360 Seems pretty reasonably priced too! NOT! And no I'm not Shilling as the 'risiti MODs are so hardcore about....the watch ain't mine!

And the gentleman that supplied me my gen 36 dial also confirmed to me that the 36 does in fact have AR. No fightin words here mate, just want the facts. Volker is well known amongst the cognoscenti...of which I am not privy too...but I do have my sources as well and I can only go by that. LIke the rest of us, I just want to build the most accurate, complete rep! That's all. It would be most helpful if OP could review their WWW and printed material before publishing. Pic of gen from purists...it appears that there is AR on this sapphire. Which looks pretty close to my gens and 36's AR coating. But I may be wrong. cheers

Sorry D...but is it also a TYPO on the Officine Panerai website? Crystal: sapphire, made from corundum, 3.5 mm thick. Anti-reflective coating. Mine has single side AR...correct. I respect members of TRC and RWI but do any of them have first hand, eyes on knowledge to claim otherwise? I stand by what I stated...AR is correct for the PAM 36. ;-)

+1 I have no love for stinky ammo straps...I'm not sure where the love affair started with them. Glad though others enjoy them. Daluca straps are bleh...defo not my cup of tea, maybe others dig them. I find Dirks and Paci's pretty much where I want to be. Oh and some of the OEMs too are great...pricy though!
