  1. Brilliant! tobacco and titanium--a near perfect match from Panerai!
  2. Lifted this out of the watch box and wanted to share. The pics can't do this thing justice as the blue dial is so tough to capture. Everything is gen on it including the blue croc....the only thing NOT gen is the thumbnail ti buckle...Ziggy put it all together for me. This goes along with its older partner Old School Ti case but gen OEM service L dial and hands. Love these pieces a lot. Many thanks go out to the membership here for helping me put them together. Cheers!
  3. Thanks bro....you just saved me from myself some cash as I was getting ready to make the plunge on that LM... I'll be waiting for awhile then....as I STILL don't have a friggin Omega rep anywhere in the house! I feel so naked... !
  4. Have done biz with him as well...seems rather odd he would go silent on you. Glad you got PP to refund you money. I hope there isn't something wrong with him.
  5. Looks great...I have the white dial version inbound. Can't wait.
  6. I see a few "croc" straps on the horizon....
  7. An excellent review was done here: http://www.rwgforum.net/topic/100266-pam-229-dsn-vs-ultimate-vs-gen/ I don't have one myself but have always been a fan of the gens.
  8. Angus is turning out to be my number one choice...can't believe one of the TD cartel types was going to charge you $40...plus shipping...wth
  9. Your english is fine and if you are referring to the new 183 that both PC and TT have, I think it looks pretty good. I love the Radiomirs and am looking forward to the new 210 with gold hands recently released. A lot of "purists" actually love the gold hands on the 210. Its a mod that has been done by many. I will probably end up getting one to replace the gold handed PAM190 that used to grace my wrists. So, my advice is to go buy it and come back and post your thoughts about it for the other folks on the fence about making the purchase. Welcome to the board!
  10. I'm not lovin' that strap but the dial looks fine on the watch. Is that crystal supposed to be sitting that high up?
  11. I was lucky to get one of the last ones from puretime...I would comb the boards as eventually someone will let one go. As the previous poster mentioned, the PAM 389 might scratch that itch when it hits the dealers shelves. There is so much damn hype on that piece, I can't wait for it either. It is made of titanium so it'll be very light and with the rubber strap, very comfortable indeed. Can't wait! As far as the 243 being heavy and uncomfortable...I don't find that at all. It wears just fine for me..actually, it is very comfortable and not heavy at all. Try wearing the PAM 252 with its curved caseback sloshing around on your wrists....or even a 187...
  12. Brilliant looking rep and thanks for the review. I will have to add (sheesh) this one to the pickup list as a must have.
  13. This one is going to be a hit when they get the flaws worked out. But here goes with what my old eyes can pick out: The crown looks way off... The date window looks wrong...shouldn't it be rectangular? Is the crown guard lever tip supposed to be that fat... Since its already on its way to you, just wear it as the beater until the v.2.4.1 rev 3 version comes out...or whatever they call it. If they can get it to the quality of the PAM 243 V2 Noob or H-Fac then it will be a super rep for sure.
  14. In anticipation of this week's F1 GP in Singapore...Come on FERRARI.....
  15. Can we get some pictures of your APs....
  16. Brilliant. Love it....Domi does excellent work...I miss my franken RB2 that had his magic touch applied... Enjoy it
  17. z...those look excellent! Your datewheels look fairly centered too. Well, at least on the blue one! Nice pickup. I've looked over these for way too long and just need to get one!
  18. Damn that thing is one sexy mutha...I must have one er resist!!!
