Vac as usual has worked some magic on a couple of pieces sent in. Both are old school El reps from long ago. The 63 had a movement service along with a new crystal & clops added. Have had many 63`s over the years and think I`m done on this model. (added a Jacob caseback to finish it off. ) 28a was a recent pickup over the summer and underwent a few more mods. New hands, crystal & clops, with dial repaint. Other bits and pieces on both watches were added before the shakedown to Vac. A few pics to enjoy and again my thanks to Vac, my watch service-modder for the past 6 years and a friend.

Imo Glashutte on the secondary market especially, is a great value. The Pequignet looks nice. Without looking it up, I only hope it wears bigger than a grape...

The mid-size Omega Constellations are very nice & accurate. Bought a couple earlier this for a neighbor, when I opened up the back to make sure nothing was goofy I was shocked to see the movement had Omega 1532 with the logo on it. Have never seen a Quartz rep with that on it. Makes you wonder.

Saw that, after they fix a few things looking forward to some real shots of that blue dial.

Gorgeous project, that watch is a killer piece. How long did it take to get those parts? Picked up a dial awhile back but finding the rest has not been very successful.

Picked this one up over the summer. Sold my last el 28 a few years back and always regretted it. This ones currently at vacs shop for new hands, date mag, and give those numbers a nice T dial look.

A nicely offered 237 ( Ghost ) for this price is a deal in my book. With a closed caseback it seals the deal. The mods to do are very minimal, and easily do-able. Hey Josh, wake the F up, just sent you a mail!

Nice pickup but do consider the bracelet for it, have one for my 3 timer and it never comes off.

Amen, picked up a Roo a few months ago and rejected the first 2 QC watches. Let the dealer know if that`s the best they have to cancel the order. 2 days later badda bing, 3rd watch was almost perfect in that dept.
