I asked Peter about this and he told me that the correct Carlos Coste with the 7750 only comes on Rubber strap. I wanted to get one with a SS bracelet as well, but that Quartz version is terribly inaccurate and just fugly IMO. I was told that it's not possible as of yet. We'll see if they ever do make the SS an option.

Just ordered a Mona Series strap from Gunny for my Skyland and I paid for a standard brushed buckle, but I would like to get a standard Breitling rep tang buckle. Anybody know where to source one? I've searched the forums and it seems that most of the dealers don't sell just the tang buckle by itself. Any suggestions?

This dang site got me on the Pam thing as well. I'm going with the 111h full mod from Sead on RG. Caitlin II from Gunny for the strap. I bought a cheapo pam of the trade board and now I'm hooked. The possibilities with Pams and all the different straps is a little addicting.

I just went V3 from Peter and I couldn't be happier. With the reasonable price on the watch itself, I ordered some extra straps.

Damn, that's a hell of a first review. Nicely done and great watch. It was either this on or the Skyland for my first Breitling and I went with the Skyland. I'm sure I will be going SFSO soon and you are selling me on the white one. Great work and wear it well.

Thanks Toad. Man, I love this freakin watch! I wore it today to meetings with just a dress shirt on the black strap and it is marvelous. Not only does this thing look phenomenal, but I'm pretty sure I could take it off and use it as a weapon if I needed to. I'll get my wife's camera and post some pics on the black strap.

I posted up pics of my first UPO last week and I commented on this being on the way. We'll it came in today, and man what a piece. I decided to go with this one from Peter after reading all the positive reviews and I'm here to add another to the list. I love this piece and highly recommend it. Don't be scared of the size, it is just a magnificent watch. I already picked up some compliments at dinner tonight. This is my second run on pics and if any of you saw the UPO thread from last week, I've come a long way, but I'm still not in the league with some of you guys thanks for looking!

I've been hooked on reps for the better part of 5 months now and I'm starting to notice a change in some of my other passions. I used to be the guy that had to have the biggest and best golf driver every season. Yea, that's not happening this year as that $300 went to a Carlos Coste. I also build custom computer in my spare time and have built 10-15 over the past year, but only 1 over the past 5 months. I also don't find myself searching Newegg like I used to. I've been busy trying to learn the basics of mods on this site. Between destroying my "projects" and searching to find out which piece I want next, I don't have the time or the funds for other hobbies. I'm not going to ask if that is normal or not, because I don't want to know the answer , but did the rest of you guys go through this when you first entered into this world?

Yea, it's no coincidence that my flagship UPO had to be the Orange numeral/black bezel. The Pumpkin is a little too Syracuse Orange for this Longhorn. Although I'll probably end up with one before it's all over. Hook em!
