I guess the bottom line Is,do you like the look? As you can see some here like myself like the combo, even the shirt . others, not so much.If you like what you see then that combo Is good for you, most Importantly. Remember you can always switch out straps to change up the look. Mike
Indeed, sounds to good to be true. If you were to have the caseback opened, chances are good you will find a Asian 7750. Not a bad thing really. When serviced they can be as accurate and reliable as there Swiss counterparts. I have had many chronographs with this movement with very few problems. I would also stick with the rep dealers here, good luck. Mike
I agree with you Andreww, the rep hobby Is not really "underground" now days. But In my world there are very few people that no much If anything about reps. Outside of the rep community all I find Is Inacurate Infomation/Ignorance. Most of those I have talked to seem to think a replica watch Is some cheep pos that cost $25.00 In China town. I hope It stays that way. To be honest most of the people I know or run Into dont know much about Gens either. Mike
Here Ken I really like the Hysek's,from what I can see they are excellent replications. I know these are a different model but will give you a good idea. Mike
Good place to start Indeed rep leather straps are [censored]. Nothing will ruin the look of your rep more than a crap strap, hey that rhymed. There are some fantastic straps available. Take your time and do some research,It will be time well spent,I assure you, good luck. Mike
I agree,"perfect strap for that watch" I have a older regatta on a brown gator, yours looks much better with that strap. I really like how the blue stitching picks up on the blue chrono hand, nice. Mike
