I look back to when I first arrived here at RWG. What was acceptable to me then Is plain scary to me now. It took time for me to appreciate movements, proper dial and sub dial layouts, quality materials, saphire vs mineral crystal for example. We all had to start somewhere. Take your time and read/research the Infomation here at RWG. You will not find a better horological community anywhere, enjoy Mike
I also thought "all' reps were cheep pieces of Chinese [censored],I was also wrong. The reps you will find here are the best of the very best. Welcome to this fantactic hobby. Btw,nice avatar Mike
I totally agree with you S,I sure do miss mine I have not come across a better rep than the RW Nabucco, outstanding replication. Thanks for the great pics Samurai. Mike
I have to agree, for under $200.00 It's hard to beat the Ulysse Nardin maxie. I have the 45mm with the black /orange bezel. The 23j movement has been a excellent timekeeper, over 40 hours of power reserve. As far as the water proof thing,at your own discretion. I dont go Into the water with my reps unless I know for a fact that they have Indeed been prepared for water preasure. Mike
Most of the Chronofighter line are very well done, excellent replications. I will probably pick this one up someday.:)Mike PS...sorry,cant get Josh's link to hook up.
Nice post, excelent screen shots I also agree with the communication comments. I asked him a few questions,he got back to me right away.I have to admit, I was Impressed. Mike
