  1. Thats a nice looking BR, and thats no BS, good job
  2. +1 and there you have It, not to worry
  3. Andrew makes some very good points that should be seriously considered. If I had a extra $1000.00 right now I would probably purchase a gen. There are some very nice gens at or around that price. I like Hamiltons, one of my favorite brands reguardles of price. If you take your time you can get one hell of a deal on a Hamilton. Not only will you have a genuine timepieces but you will have a watch with a history of excellence. Just my opinion of course, again good luck Mike
  4. Welcome to RWG I have spent quite a bit of time In Toronto, wonderful city. Im from Detroit so It was a short drive. Just take your time and have a good look around. Reading the reviews Is the best way to become familiar with the dealers. This same approach also works well when deciding on a rep. Good luck and I will see on Young street, everybody do the robot Mike
  5. Have you seen the curent one Deniz? It's really nice, no sunkin DW to deal with, 1.1 copy Under rated me thinks
  6. If you could find the orig adds of the watch(s) In question, that Infomation might be helpful
  7. I will mention two on my radar. The Corum Admirals cup Challenge, @44mm It a nice size. The one at the top of my list for white dials Is the Ebel 1911, again @ 44.5 mm and 15mm thick, a nice presence on the wrist. It's a beautiful rep. I think By-Tor likes the Ebel If Im not mistaken. Mike
  8. Nice review Doc, fantastic pics. I have the white dial with markers version that I like very much. The only problem I see with the dial Is the markers, It a small flaw thats hard to see. The rubber strap Is nice but the clasp Is a [censored]. My watch guy worked on It for about 20 min, said It should last for a while. I wont hold my breath. I suggest that people get the diver strap with the buckle. A rubber or leather strap Is going to make this behemoth a lot easier on the wrist. Thanks again for your review and awesome pics. Mike
  9. I got mine from Josh@perfect hour/clones. Im sure Andrew@Trustywatchguy has It also, good luck
  10. If they dont have a SA than just tape a dinner plate to your wrist, that will give you a good Idea
  11. The old saying Is "go big or go home" Maybe the SA Is to big but the Skyland looks really good on your wrist deniz. Maybe you can find a watch that Is close to the size of the SA. Try to find something thats close to 48.4mm
  12. I dont think I would ever spend a $1000 on a rep, but thats just me. I might consider the Roger Dubuis Easy Diver Flying Tourbillon. At $600.00 I would still have to give It a lot of thought. If this Is something you really want and you have the funds, go for It Good luck on whatever your decision Mike
  13. +1 as you know Deniz I love mine. One of the first orders of business will be to put a nice brown Croc on It I really dont think there are to many watches out there that look much better than the SA on a Croc, and thats no croc Mike
  14. A Mulliner Tourbillon? This could be your lucky day Sander.
  15. I have the white baton marker dial that I got from Joshua@perfectclones. The baton marker dial Is the best out of the white dial versions. The numberd white dial has got the wrong sub dial coloring. The baton marker dial Is spot on except for the markers, like Deniz pointed out. Reguardles of the minor flaw It Is a very nice replication Imho. @ Alergy Doc, stunning pics Mike
  16. Best wristie Indeed Congratulations on your beautiful baby girl Mike
  17. I have never seen a rep out In the wild. But then again I really dont look at peoples watches that closely, maybe I should start
  18. Thats a good question about the regulator TeeJay. I will have to take It to my watch guy and hear what he has to say. The movement shows the + - for the timing but Im still not that comfortable as to just jump In and start regulating the movement myself. I will let you know what I find out again good question. Mike
  19. Thanks for the heads up
