Only because the watch happens to look good dosent necessarily mean the quailty Is any good. Nothing screams cheep watch more than poor quailty. I would probably just have the movement serviced and lume the hands and hour markers. I think the date wheel on the gen Is pure whit...yours looks off white...maybe It's just the pic. I really like the way these look on a mesh bracelet. Either way...It's a very nice looking SOH...congratulations. Mike

Tony @ Asian 7750 has this on his crazy sale list. Just the movement alone makes it a good deal I believe. But you also get a decent rubber strap/clasp and a Montblanc pen...all for $99.00. Most of the cheep and crapy rep sites show gens..If there set at the 10.10..then It's most likely the genuine article. Thats how I found RWG. was afraid of getting ripped off. Just stick with the trusted dealers here...all there pictures are of the actual rep...not the gen. Mike

I was sitting next to this guy at the neighborhood tavern. We were sitting In the cigar section of the bar. I looked at his watch and said.."that is a beautiful watch you have there..do you mind telling me what it is"..well we spent the next hour or so taliking about watches. I was wearing my Ulysees Nardin Maxie Marine Diver that he happened to be very Impressed with...even more so when I told him It was a rep. We took are watches off and handed them to one another...It was a good night. Mike

This rep is not the one thats going to get anyone to excited unfortunately....but there Is some good news. My main concern for this rep was the bezel...I always thought that the factories were capable of producing a good ceramic bezel that mimics the LM version...but would they? Although this rep is not a good example...I do feel that they are on the right track to making a good rep of the LM. Mike

This Is the Glycine Airman Double 24 09. I saw one on this guys wrist about two years ago. Ever since that day I have wanted one, absolutely love It. There pretty reasonable far as gens go..I see them for $2.500 and under most of the time. I was hoping to pick one up used one day....does anyone have one of these or any Glycine...If so...whats your opinion of It.? I see no reason why this cant be a well done replication. If they do rep this thing I will get one for sure. The orangish/tan combo down below is the one I want....just love It. Mike

The thing Is gg...any watch can look Impressive from a distance. Big bold thick watches can look great at first glance. There are some members here that wont only know what kind of watch this is...but they will most likely know what time the watch is set to. The strange this is that It looks to be a white dial at the 11...then a black or darker dial at the 31. Probably just the lighting and reflections. Mike
