  3. These two links will most certainly guide you in the right direction. Mike. http://www.rwg.cc/topic/85981-hey-noobor-not-so-noobread-this-now/ http://www.rwg.cc/to...tling-replicas/
  4. Thats about good as it gets as far as PO reps are concerned. The pearl looks pretty dam good to me. The bottom of the pearl seems to line up almost perfectly to the top of the inner silver ring on the bezel...the way It should be. The pearl on mine go' below the silver ring...not bad...but not as good as yours. The colors(orange) are so close to gen that I feel that it's a non Issue. I've had the gen on my wrist..and I could not really see a difference. When you consider the way the light and reflections play off the watch...difficult to notice. So be happy my friend... you have got a good rep there...unless you go into AD's...flashing your PO around. then no worries. BTW....welcome. ...gen for reference. Mike
  5. I agree...probably change the plates around a bit on the 6497. Might turn out decent If they do It right.
  6. I hate a tight bracelet/ strap..be It rubber or leather. The norm for me is one finger...but my wrist can fluctuate quite a bit due to weather or water retention. Thats why I love ss clasp with micro ajustments...Breitling pro2 for example...makes for a perfect fit most of the time. Mike
  7. I too loved that Seiko In Octopussy T....that and the name OctoPUSSY.

  13. Here'a a pretty cool video....I hate to admit it..but I like that pulsar. I mean It's almost forty years old...not a bad design really... Imho at least. Mike..
  14. I was watching Thunderball the other night and saw what I thought to be a Breitling on are favorite secret agents wrist. I wasnt 100% sure...but I was maybe 80-85 % sure. After the movie I did a quick google search.... I found out that he was wearing a Breitling Top Time diver. As far as I knew James Bond only wore three brands....Rolex Omega and Seiko. But I see now that he has also worn a Breitling and a Hamilton (Pulsar). Not to mention a TAG Heuer In the Living Daylights and a Longines In Casino Royal. Here's a link with a little more Information. http://watchesinmovi...-of-james-bond/ Here's the Breitling he wore In Thunderball.........................and the Hamilton (Pulsar) he wore In.. Live and let die. The begining (1973) of the digital craze I suspect. Mike

  22. Sometimes It's better just a to get a new pair of pants..but.. It depends how the pants were made and how much extra material there is to work with. Like stated above...the legs and ass can have a "out of proportion" look If there to much material let out...really depends on the pants....and how you want them to look. Mike
  23. If you really liked that guy Zeleni...you should have made him a cake....with a file In It. These can become quite handy while In jail. Mike
