  1. Looks much better now Mate...I wouldn't sell this either if I were you either. (Damn I regret selling this now )
  2. Good catch Andreww..Sometimes it's the most obvious things that we miss.
  3. Holy [censored]..Too much.!!!!
  4. Well done Tourby this is a fantastic project....4 weeks and counting
  5. Just shoot him a PM.
  6. On Rubber strap though.....NOOOO this has to be on the pro 2 bracelet. Any ideas if this is going to be made.?
  7. Damn, I didn't think it would involve drilling the case...... Thanks for the info.
  8. Very nice The Zigmeister...Amazing job as always.
  9. Lani, I will take one of these cheers.
  10. Nice watches Curtis...If you ever decide to let the Davidsen go then shot me a PM.
  11. I have one of Davidsens new spring loaded crowns coming and I need to swap out the crown tube as his has a specific one that is needed. How hard is it to do this....I know horotec make a nice machine to do this but for one tube this seems like a waste of money. Does anyone have a good method of doing this and can maybe post a little tutorial or a couple of photos. I would be most appreciative.
  12. Bergeon make a bezel remover that is perfect for this...Might be worth investing in. Item FB-709 on this page http://www.ofrei.com/page_217.html or this one http://www.watchtool.co.uk/bergeon-6820-wa...ver-p-6443.html edit: Not cheap are they.
  13. I would love to see one of The Zigmeisters in depth reviews on this movement.
  14. That one is a particularly bad example I agree but who the hell notices the date on this watch anyway
  15. Joe this site should help you mate; http://www.macinstruct.com/node/109 At the bottom of the page they mention subtitles and how to import them.
  16. So my question would be Davidsens new spring loaded crown or the upcoming crown from T.? Agree on not touching V's new CG...It would be sacrilege to file it down.
  17. Watch came from Muzi but I believe it was modded by someone else...needs a bit of a polish and some dust blown off the dial but apart from that I'm very happy.
  18. I have a V crown guard which will be replacing the one currently on this watch but I have no idea on what the crown is. Is this just a standard crown or something a little better.?
  19. Good idea Bruce, Might wait until I have the new crown before I uncase this.
  20. Love the forged repair receipt...Dodgy to the max.
  21. Just received a new PAM and the crown sits flush against the case and feels funny when winding <---technical expression. It is not rubbing against the case but feels like it isn't winding freely...You know normally you wind and it clicks back a little before you wind again...With this one you wind and it just sits there and almost feels like it does when the movement is nearly fully wound. Is it that the stem is cut just a tad too short and inside the watch it is kind of pulling a bit on the movement. I am wanting to replace the crown with one of T's ones so maybe this would give me a chance to put a slightly longer stem in its place. Any ideas?
  22. Wonderful news all round. Thanks Bruce I will try the tabs round the other way once I receive a new crown that is coming for this watch. Should be pretty good with V's new CG and the crown.
  23. LOL I hear ya AMK000
  24. Same here, I really enjoy reading your reviews Lanikai and have been following your AP ones closely as I love this watch.
  25. I have a new modded zero and noticed when pushing in the crown that the dial moved. Upon opening it up I can see the two screws holding the movement into the tabs are tight but the whole movement still moves. Is it as easy as bending one of the tabs slightly so the movement fits tighter in the case.?? Also I have one of V's new CG's here...Would this be accurate on a Zero at all.? Again sorry if these are NOOB questions.
